As Siemens Advanta Global Practice Lead within the Technology Services team, you will be an integral part of the Siemens Advanta leadership, contributing significantly to the implementation of the Siemens Advanta Strategy. Your role will focus on driving customer value, innovation, and speed to support Siemens Advanta and Siemens in achieving substantial growth. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects in terms of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Collaborating closely with the Siemens Advanta Customer Engagement function, including Regions and Sub-Regions, Global Account Leads, Vertical Leads, and Customer Partners, you will develop proficiencies to meet customer demands effectively. In addition to project delivery, you will be tasked with optimizing resource utilization, fostering consistent people development, and providing governance to the global Siemens Advanta Technology Services community. Your leadership will be crucial in building trusted relationships with customers and enhancing industry expertise within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering High-Quality Customer Projects: Ensure projects meet quality, time, and budget standards through the utilization of best practices. - Developing Scalable Portfolio Offerings: Continuously enhance consulting offerings and methodologies to drive successful outcomes. - Building Industry-Leading Expertise & Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on Solution Architecture & Implementation and Custom Software Development. - Leading Competency & Career Development: Drive performance and people development to meet evolving customer needs. - Engaging with Product Development Teams & External Ecosystem: Collaborate to improve offerings and increase customer value. - Supporting Customer Engagement & Efficient Resource Allocation: Identify opportunities, support acquisition, and ensure resource optimization. - Driving Feedback Loops & Continuous Improvement: Collect insights to refine offerings and enhance project execution. - Demonstrating Leadership: Collaborate across the organization to ensure overall success and contribute to talent development. Requirements for Success: - Several years of experience in managing global professional services in IT infrastructure, platform, and application layers. - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. - Strong expertise in IoT, solution architecture, and SW development. - Proven track record in developing methodologies, service offerings, and business strategies. - Deep understanding of technology services, industry trends, and relevant markets. - Ability to engage at C-level and build strong professional relationships. - Excellent communication skills and a value-driven personality.
