Role & responsibility:

Hands-on experience of 5-12 yrs• Siebel Configuration o Good knowledge & work experience on Account & Contact management o Good knowledge & work experience on Assistant Agent Billing Care o Siebel CRM Scripting /Open UI• CRM order Management, CSW & EAI• Siebel Workforce management• Siebel PRM/ Dealer management,• Siebel Field Service• Siebel BI Publisher Reports• Siebel Version 20.xxxx and above experience should be preferred• Telco Experience is must• Good to have RODOD Implementation knowledge
