As a Siebel CRM professional with 7-12 years of experience, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Siebel CRM platform. This includes configuring Siebel applications based on business requirements and technical specifications. Additionally, you will be integrating Siebel CRM with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP web services and middleware technologies. You will also be involved in unit testing, system integration testing, and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT). Supporting production systems and troubleshooting issues as they arise will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and implementation. Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and business services is essential. A strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data model, and integration methods is required. Experience with Siebel Open UI is highly desirable. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML, as well as familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL, will be beneficial.
