Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Greet customers at the dealership and assist them in identifying their automotive needs. Showcase available vehicles, explaining features, specifications, and benefits. Conduct test drives and accompany customers as needed. Generate leads and follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and visits. Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, financing options, and industry trends. Negotiate pricing and financing terms in coordination with the sales manager. Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and promptly. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Participate in sales events, showroom displays, and marketing activities.
