Showroom Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to welcome and greet customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with detailed information about products and features. You will need to coordinate with customers, suggest suitable products, and confirm orders. Additionally, you will be expected to inform customers about new and upcoming products, guide them to the warehouse for delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining customer data and identifying reasons for non-purchasing will also be part of your role. In cases of material return or damage claims, you will need to coordinate with the Manager to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and greet customers, understanding their needs - Brief customers on products and features patiently - Coordinate with customers, suggest suitable products, and confirm orders - Inform customers about new and upcoming products - Guide customers to the warehouse for delivery and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer data, including purchase details and orders - Identify reasons for non-purchasing - Coordinate with the Manager in cases of material return or damage claims Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in English preferred Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
