Job Description

Greet customers and determine their needs and preferences through effective questioning. Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential customers. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget. Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed dealership targets. Arrange test drives and accompany customers on them. Prepare and process sales paperwork, including financing and leasing options. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, financing options, and industry trends. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Follow up with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events.
