Job Description

Job Description: You will be working as a Sales Associate in a showroom located at RCube Monad Mall, Sector 43, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201303. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding suitable products, offering detailed product information, and closing sales to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and engage customers professionally - Assist customers in finding products that meet their preferences - Provide accurate product information and demonstrate product features effectively - Handle inquiries and returns promptly - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals - Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends - Work flexible hours as required Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in retail sales or customer service - Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities - Capacity to work effectively in a team environment - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems - Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th grade, preference given to graduates - Computer literacy, fluency in Hindi and English, and a soft-spoken demeanor Additional Details (if applicable): This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, suitable for both entry-level individuals and seasoned professionals. Only female candidates may apply for this role. The salary ranges from 8,000 INR to 12,000 INR, with the opportunity for performance bonuses. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred, and applicants should be willing to commute or relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh.,
