Showroom Sales Executive

This job is based in a showroom located at RCube Monad Mall, Sector 43, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201303. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. Ideal candidates should have exceptional communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in finding suitable products, offering detailed product information, and closing sales to achieve and exceed sales targets, all while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your duties will involve greeting and engaging customers professionally, helping them find products that meet their preferences, providing accurate product information, demonstrating product features effectively, handling inquiries and returns promptly, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Collaboration with team members to meet sales goals, staying informed about product knowledge and industry trends, and working flexible hours as required are also part of this role. Qualifications for this position include prior experience in retail sales or customer service, excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, the capacity to work effectively in a team environment, basic computer proficiency, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. The successful candidate should have completed at least 10th or 12th grade, with preference given to graduates. Computer literacy, fluency in Hindi and English, and a soft-spoken demeanor are essential skills for this position. No prior experience is necessary, making this opportunity suitable for both entry-level individuals and seasoned professionals.
