Showroom Sales Executive
  • Handle customer interaction, system entry, back office coordination, and attend to clients at the showroom.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and suppliers as needed, including follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of invoices and contracts.
  • Attend to clients at the showroom for interior/home decor products such as wallpapers, flooring, furnishings, etc.
  • Preferred experience in home decor backgrounds (mattress, lights, furnishings, rugs, carpet, etc.) and with front-end sales staff roles.
  • Interact directly with clients face-to-face (not over calls/emails).
  • Good communication skills in English and other languages.
  • Sales experience in the interior products field.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products (wallpapers, flooring, furnishings), and provide estimates.
  • Take measurements, prepare estimates, and forward them to the concerned department for further processing.
  • Visit sites during work schedules as required.
  • Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products.
  • Undertake any other work as per requirements or as instructed by the HOD.
