Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Representatives to join our team. Freshers with strong English communication skills and a passion for customer service are welcome to apply. You will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations to ensure a premium shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their showroom visit. Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable furniture or décor solutions. Communicate product features, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently. Prepare quotations and follow up with customers through calls or messages. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom display. Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales targets. Coordinate with backend teams for delivery, billing, and after-sales support. Keep accurate records of customer inquiries and sales using CRM tools or Excel. Support showroom events, new launches, and promotional activities. Requirements: Freshers are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills in English (mandatory); local language is a plus. Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented approach. Basic computer skills – MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email handling. Willingness to learn product details and showroom procedures. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
