We’re Hiring: Showroom Sales Representative | Cedar Home Store | Kochi, Kerala

What You'll Do:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers, offering a warm and premium showroom experience.
Understand customer preferences and provide suitable furniture and décor suggestions.
Confidently explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers via phone or WhatsApp.
Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom display.
Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with backend teams for order processing, billing, and delivery support.
Keep records of customer interactions using Excel or CRM tools.
Support events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills in
English
(mandatory); local language skills are a plus.
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer proficiency – Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
Quick learner with a willingness to understand product details and showroom operations.
Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented mindset.

Compensation:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
