Job Description

Position: Showroom Manager
Location: Sabhan Furniture, Omassery Branch
Department: Sales & Operations
Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager / Corporate Office

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor and manage stock levels and display arrangements.
Implement sales strategies, schemes, and offers as per company guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and visual merchandising standards of the showroom.
Handle customer issues, escalations, and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with logistics and accounts departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain sales reports, staff attendance, and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
