Senior Interior Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, client-handling skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring junior designers. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end interior design projects – from client briefing, concept development, planning, and execution. Create detailed layouts, 3D visuals, mood boards, and material presentations using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max/V-Ray. Coordinate with clients, site teams, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely and quality execution. Select materials, finishes, and furnishings in line with the project theme and budget. Conduct site visits for measurement, supervision, and quality checks. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and presentation decks for clients. Manage design approvals and ensure smooth handover of projects. Train, support, and review work of junior designers or interns in the team.
