As a Showroom Experience Manager in the Sales department at a retail industry located in Ahmedabad (Chandkheda, Vastrapur, Ashram Road), your role primarily focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and improving the overall customer experience in the showroom. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise shop opening procedures, cleanliness, housekeeping, display cleaning, and arrangement. - Manage shop supplies, both sales and non-sales related, along with petty expenses and vouchers. - Oversee Valet Services and ensure smooth operations. - Prepare reports on shop supplies, consumables, attendance, and other relevant metrics. - Lead and supervise the team by managing staff rotation, grooming standards, and conflict management. - Build a strong team by fostering team bonding and providing counseling when needed. - Handle customer relations by welcoming and guiding customers, attending to their complaints, and utilizing client history to anticipate their needs and enhance their experience. - Encourage customers to provide Google reviews and proactively engage with negative reviewers to address their concerns. - Respond promptly to client inquiries and develop rapport by engaging customers in conversations outside the sales process. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role in the retail industry would be beneficial. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Conflict resolution skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude. - Proactive approach towards enhancing customer experience and building long-term relationships. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the specified locations in Ahmedabad.
