Job Description:

Minar Fashion Jewellery is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in retail or showroom management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Lead and supervise the showroom sales team.

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide exceptional service.

Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets.

Manage inventory and coordinate with purchase and accounts teams.

Prepare daily and monthly sales and performance reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in showroom or retail management.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.

Basic knowledge of inventory handling and reporting.

Language Skills Required:

Malayalam – For customer interaction and internal coordination.

English – For documentation and communication.

Hindi – Added advantage for dealing with non-local customers.

Preferred:

Background in jewelry, fashion, or retail sector.

Experience in visual merchandising and sales promotions.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
