Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, and research.Needs Assessment: Meet clients to understand their vision, budget, and preferences for home or office interiors.Solution Presentation: Present design concepts, product offerings (wardrobes, kitchens, furnishings), and proposals, often involving floor plans and color schemes.Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the sales process from start to finish.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships for repeat business and referrals, providing excellent post-sales support.Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and installation teams for seamless project execution.Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.Reporting: Track sales metrics, report progress, and contribute to overall sales strategy. Essential Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Proven sales background, preferably in home interiors, furniture, or design.Knowledge: Understanding of interior design principles, products, and market trends.Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Mindset: Customer-focused, self-motivated, target-oriented, with strong organizational skills. Typical QualificationsEducation: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.Experience: 2+ years in sales, with direct interaction with designers/architects a plus.
