Meeting and greeting the walk - in customers
To ensure that walk in clients are extended the highest levels of customers service at all times.
Maintaining contact lists and visitor records & sending daily reports to the reporting manager.
Handling Customer queries and getting them resolved on a timely basis.
Handling administrative work and making sure the showroom floor runs smoothly.
Maintaining the brand image to the highest standards.
Updating client details and regular follow ups.
To ensure that the showroom and all displays are up to the standard showroom .
