Shopping Mall Accounting Manager

We are in search of an accounting manager for a shopping mall located at Suchitra Junction. It would be advantageous if the applicant had pertinent skills associated with managing accounting practices specific to shopping malls.

This role is essential for overseeing the daily accounting functions associated with retail property operations, which encompass revenue recognition, tenant billing, lease accounting, expense monitoring, and financial reporting. This position guarantees the precision and reliability of financial records pertaining to mall operations and provides management with prompt financial insights.

Furthermore, we are in search of a qualified candidate to oversee our accounting operations and supervise the financial reporting process. In this role, you will be collaborating with our team of experts to ensure accurate financial documentation.

You will offer guidance on accounting policies, evaluate financial statements, and ensure adherence to financial regulations. Strong leadership abilities will be essential in promoting team development and accomplishing organizational objectives.
