Objective of the Role

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Quick Commerce & Paid Media

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

    Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now

    , etc.
  • Collaborate with platform category teams for visibility tie-ups, keyword bidding, banners, and sampling.
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics:

    ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates

    .

SEO & Discoverability

  • Conduct keyword research and implement

    on-page SEO

    across brand pages and D2C site.
  • Improve visibility for

    branded and generic queries

    across web and q-commerce search bars.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards using

    GA, Meta Ads, Excel, and platform insights

    .
  • Present weekly/monthly campaign reports with results, learnings, and recommendations.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience:

    35 years in digital/performance marketing (FMCG, D2C, or snacking preferred).
  • Mandatory:

    Prior hands-on experience with

    quick commerce platforms

    and campaign tools.
  • Strong knowledge of

    SEO fundamentals

    and

    paid media strategies

    .
  • Highly analytical with proven ability to optimize campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with

    strong ownership and execution capabilities

    .
