Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shopify Manager located in Ludhiana. The Shopify Manager will be responsible for managing the Shopify platform, ensuring the smooth operation of the online store, and optimizing the user experience. Key tasks include overseeing product listings, managing inventory, coordinating with marketing teams, analyzing sales data, and overseeing SEO/Meta strategies. The role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure the online store meets business objectives and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Shopify, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing
• Experience in SEO strategies and digital marketing like meta ads
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and optimize store performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in e-commerce or retail management is advantageous
