Shopify Front-End Developer Intern (On-site – New Delhi)

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Hikedeal Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IT services and digital marketing company specializing in web design, Shopify development, SMO, branding, and performance marketing. We work with clients across various industries, delivering high-quality digital solutions and impactful user experiences.

We are hiring a Shopify Front-End Developer Intern who is passionate about front-end development and eager to learn Shopify theme customization and store development. You will work closely with designers, UX specialists, and project managers to support the creation of visually appealing, responsive, and performance-driven Shopify websites.

Key Responsibilities (Intern Role)

• Assist in developing and customizing Shopify websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
• Support in implementing responsive, mobile-first layouts
• Help in integrating third-party apps, APIs, and plugins
• Work with design/UX teams to convert Figma/Adobe XD layouts into Shopify themes
• Learn and contribute to website performance, speed, and SEO optimization
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and providing technical support
• Learn Git and follow best coding practices
• Complete assigned tasks on time and collaborate with the team

Qualifications & Skills (Preferred for Intern)

• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of Shopify’s Liquid template language (preferred)
• Basic experience or training in Shopify store setup/customization
• Understanding of responsive design and modern UI/UX principles
• Familiarity with jQuery, Git, or API integrations is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SEO is an advantage
• Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or Magento is a bonus

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (IT/CS preferred) — ongoing or completed
