About the Role

TrustyCoders is seeking an experienced Shopify Lead Developer to lead our eCommerce development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Shopify expertise along with the ability to guide developers and designers, ensure high-quality delivery, and collaborate closely with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Shopify developers and designers
• Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Handle complete Shopify store setup, customization, and performance optimization
• Work with metafields, JSON templates, and dynamic sections
• Convert Figma designs into fully functional Shopify stores
• Manage Shopify app integrations and custom API solutions
• Ensure clean, scalable, and high-quality code standards
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Shopify development experience
• Strong expertise in Liquid, Shopify APIs, metafields, and theme architecture
• Proven experience in custom theme development
• Solid understanding of Shopify performance and best practices
• Prior experience in team leadership or developer coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
