Shopify Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Shopify stores using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Create custom themes, plugins, and features to meet the client’s needs.
• Integrate third-party APIs and other apps to extend store functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with themes, templates, and back-end functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Shopify stores.
• Ensure stores are optimized for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to meet project requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Shopify.
• Custom Work: Ability to create custom Shopify themes, applications, and modifications.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of Shopify’s Liquid templating language.
• Experience with subscriptions using platforms like Recharge or Loop.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues related to performance, functionality, and design.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Shopify APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience in eCommerce best practices, especially in performance optimization.
