Shipping and Documentation Incharge

Role Overview: As a Logistics Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to monitor order, space allocation, and vessel to ensure timely shipment and delivery. You will be the internal and external contact point for all logistics matters, liaising with concerned teams, management, buyers, forwarders, suppliers, and factories in India and China. Additionally, you will coach and share know-how transfer to the sourcing and merchandising team. Your role will also involve tracking and ensuring the accurate preparation and submission of documents to customers on time. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison for all logistics-related issues between relevant departments, suppliers/factories in the Indian subcontinent - Manage the performance of forwarders and courier partners - Educate new suppliers on logistics processes and guide them on the supplier net system - Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery - Manage order information in the internal logistics system - Coordinate with internal and external departments for proactive handling Qualifications Required: - Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management, Transport and Logistics Management - Experience in the sourcing industry is an advantage - Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics experience - Good knowledge of trade declaration, air and ocean shipping procedures, and customs - Fluent in spoken and written English - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) - Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as a team player, proactive, and willing to learn more,
