Internship Overview: We are looking for motivated and articulate individuals to join us as Full-Time Sales & Business Development Interns at our Gurugram office. This is a paid, on-site internship, ideal for candidates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in international trade, client engagement, and market development. You'll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in supporting our global sales and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential international buyers and business opportunities Assist the sales and marketing team in presenting services to potential clients Participate in client communications, meetings, and follow-ups Create compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral Collaborate with internal teams to support pricing, sampling, and client servicing Manage and update CRM systems, and generate performance/outreach reports Track industry trends and competitor activity to support business strategy Who Should Apply: We’re looking for individuals who are: Passionate about international sales, marketing, and business development Strong communicators in English (verbal and written) Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Adaptable and open to flexible work hours to engage with global clients Quick learners who are eager to take initiative and grow Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Prior internship or project work in sales, marketing, or export-related fields is a plus Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage Additional Information: Location: On-site in Gurugram Internship Type: Full-time, paid internship Duration: 3 to 6 months (with potential for full-time opportunity based on performance) Show more Show less
