BASIC REQUIREMENT : Education : B.tech/Diploma in Textiles Experience : 1 to 5 years ( Worsted Spinning Experience is required) CTC : 4 to 10 LPA JOB DESCRIPTION : To achieve Target Production & efficiency as per Production Plan by optimizing all available resources To follow all Quality Parameters of each M/c To Identify & remove abnormalities through effective check system To implement & monitor Delivery Schedule as per plan To maintain discipline and all Management activity in Dept. To maintain & achieve Autoconer efficiency 75% Achieve zero re-working by improving skill of workmen and create awareness to all workmen regarding check points To create more multi skill in Shift which helps to achieve hand shortage, production & efficiency at every stage. KRA 1 - Production & Utilization of M/cs Minimize spindle to spindle variation. Proper utilization of Man & M/c. Implementation & Planning. KRA 2 - Delivery Database Analysis. Follow up of Process Parameters at all stage. Non-confirmative production Should be Zero KRA 3 - Waste Control 1. To improve working of material by better practice & system follow up. 2. M/c & Shift-wise Monitoring. 3. System Follow up. KRA 4 - M/c Wise check points Effective charge system. Cross checking of Worker Check Points.
