Shift Supervisor (Female)

We are looking for a Female Supervisor to join our team at Ecotech-6 Kasna, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring smooth workflow, particularly in managing female manpower. This role demands a proactive and organized individual who can lead, motivate, and manage a team efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Shift Incharge Responsibilities: Manage and supervise day-to-day operations during assigned shifts. Ensure that work processes are carried out smoothly, meeting company standards and deadlines. Team Management: Handle a team of female workers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring optimal productivity. Workforce Coordination: Organize and supervise work schedules, ensuring proper allocation of resources, and maintain discipline within the team. Training & Support: Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure high standards of work quality and performance. Reporting: Keep track of team performance and provide regular reports to senior management regarding shift progress, challenges, and any necessary interventions. Problem-Solving: Handle any operational issues or conflicts that arise during the shift, taking quick action to resolve them effectively. Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and any other relevant guidelines. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Must be a Graduate (Fresher or Experienced candidates are both welcome to apply). Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus, but not mandatory. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of female workers. Communication: Good communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential.
