Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer experience. Supervise a team of baristas to achieve sales targets, improve quality standards, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct inventory management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and controlling waste disposal. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to food safety and hygiene. Analyses sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in shift scheduling and staffing. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in QSR or retail environment with at least 1 years' experience as a Shift Manager or similar role. Excellent people management skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals; strong communication skills for effective customer handling. Strong knowledge of coffee industry practices and trends; ability to train new employees on product offerings and menu items.
