Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Aizawl for a Shift Manager at Devyani International Limited. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards during their shift. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service industry or as a Shift Manager Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
