About the Role

Drive Large Fulfillment operations to drive the requirements and high level process solutions, leading cross-functional activities and managing the timelines for field operations to support Ops metrics.

About the Team

The Large supply chain team works towards fulfilling customer orders with best processes and lowest cost, driving Process Excellence across Flipkart business units driving cost, speed, reliability and customer experience. Distribution Center (DC) acts as an aggregation and sortation center for moving shipments from Fulfillment centers (FC) and Seller clusters to Delivery hubs across the network.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring WOM (Warehouse Order Management) & Inventory Management.
  • Managing end to end to warehouse operations from inbound to return process.
  • Handling the team Executives & large task force
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts.
  • People operations (Managing Off Role & onroll employees).
  • IRN creation & sanity checks
  • Manpower planning & Roster planning
  • Coordination with BD/vendor team.
  • Onboarding & offboarding vendor in internal systems.
  • Handling escalation & invoice activities.
  • Reconciling with a data storage system.
  • Define high level of safety & quality standards/ guidelines & 100% adherence of same.(Zero Accident/incident)Managing Prexo and physical counts

Qualification

B-tech or MBA (Preferred candidates from Tier II/III MBA institutes)

6 years+ of experience in Courier/Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics Operations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to achieve organizational goals.

Experience in utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive actionable recommendations.

Commitment to upholding company values and contributing positively to the organizational culture.
