The role holder is responsible for manufacturing products through focusing on Furnace Productivity, Quality Improvement - Customer & In-house Rejections Reduction, Consumables Cost Reduction, Increase in OEE, Reduction in Injuries, Tooling Maintenance, Despatch Adherence, Setup Time Reduction and Achieving Norms in all Equipment's through the established manufacturing processes and team work and in order to meet-up business requirements
1. Improve Efficiency (Machine OEE, Energy, Productivity , Quality) - Achieve Production , Productivity Targets - Production Tons/Shift , Production Norms adherence > 95 %
2. Interact with Union and ensure norms adherence , Handle shift IR related points
3. Perform daily work management
4. Conduct daily review on PQDCSM
5. Lead Lean Projects to reduce inventory , single piece flow
6. Review IIOT (OEE) losses and work with cross functional team to reduce losses
7. Improve Safety behaviour of people, improve safety of workplace. Safety - 50 % Reduction of Incidents , Improve Safety in Shopfloor
8. Ensure Quality System adherence , Improve Yield, FTR
9. Allocate work , manage absenteesm in proactive way
10. Lean , 5S, Cost Reduction projects, Improve Availability Ratings, Performance Rating of critical equipments
