Shift incharge

Required shift incharge at manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all manufacturing activities during the shift.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.

Allocate manpower and resources efficiently across departments.

Maintain safety and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.

Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.

Record shift production reports and hand over to the next shift incharge.

Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.

Knowledge of production planning, safety procedures, and quality systems.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
