Job Location: Bidadi, Karnataka
Qualification: Dairy Diploma / ITI / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in relevant industry, preffered FMCG or Food and beverages.

Job Summary

The Shift In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and managing plant operations during an assigned shift. This role ensures smooth production processes, maintains operational efficiency, manages the shift team, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. The Shift In-Charge serves as the first point of contact for shift-specific issues and coordinates with management to ensure the plant meets its daily targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and allocate staff to specific shifts based on operational needs, ensuring adequate coverage and skillsets for each shift.
• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to staff members, ensuring clarity on expectations and timelines.
• Monitor staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to staff to help them meet performance goals.
• Regularly evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Address and resolve conflicts or disputes among staff members promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
