This role requires clear communication, a good understanding of our products, and the ability to liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our farmer partners. Roles & Responsibilities Respond to farmer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, providing information and support regarding mooGrow's products and services. Understand and clearly communicate the benefits and usage of cattle-related agri inputs (such as feed, minerals, medicines, etc.). Document and report recurring issues or valuable feedback to relevant internal teams (such as procurement, product, or sales) to improve offerings and service quality. Coordinate with field staff and business stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution. Assist farmers in understanding new programs, schemes, or offers available from mooGrow. Maintain accurate call logs, feedback, and follow-up records in the system. Support the overall farmer engagement experience by building trust and acting as a knowledgeable point of contact.
