Job Summary

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at mooMark Input Services, you will be the first line of support for farmers, providing guidance on our cattle input offerings and helping them make informed decisions. This role requires clear communication, a good understanding of our products, and the ability to liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our farmer partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond to farmer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, providing information and support regarding mooGrow's products and services.
• Understand and clearly communicate the benefits and usage of cattle-related agri inputs (such as feed, minerals, medicines, etc.).
• Document and report recurring issues or valuable feedback to relevant internal teams (such as procurement, product, or sales) to improve offerings and service quality.
• Coordinate with field staff and business stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Assist farmers in understanding new programs, schemes, or offers available from mooGrow.
• Maintain accurate call logs, feedback, and follow-up records in the system.
• Support the overall farmer engagement experience by building trust and acting as a knowledgeable point of contact.
• Contribute to internal discussions by offering farmer insights that may help in refining sales strategies or product offerings (in an advisory/supporting capacity).
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new inputs, product developments, and communication techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
