Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Shift Incharge:

To assist in managing all the processing all over Plant with sustained quality.
To assist in studying various industries practices and map the best Packaging and Processing Norms.
Explore the best technology available internationally and bring it into use, after making cost and benefit analysis.
Assist in setting proper specifications and standards for Packaging components, materials and allied items.
Ensure maintenance of the dairy processing assembly and proper capacity utilization % downtime of machines.
Liaison with key government officials and taking care of regulatory authorities.
To develop SOPs for processing.
Inventory Management for the dairy stock.
To ensure minimum wastage while handling the products during processing.
To manage inventory replenishments from distribution centers.
To conduct regular audit to ensure the compliance of Standards, Norms & SOPs of processing.
Packaging of products suitable for each channel.
Develop place systems and processes to achieve customer centricity as a key value across all levels of the organization.

Technical Officer:

Handling manpower & production planning.
Responsible for discipline in Workforce hygiene, safety, facilities & equipment required.
Responsible for achieving targeted yields.
Responsible for the GMP, GHP, & food safety for the processing & packaging areas.
Ensure the adherence of standards of production.
Reduce wastage while handling the products during processing.
