Role & responsibilities To Oversee Automotive Lighting manufacturing and assembly processes particularly Blinkers, LED Lamps, Side view Mirrors. The role is responsible for achieving daily production targets while ensuring high quality, safety compliance and operational efficiency. Strong knowledge of automotive lighting assembly particularly Blinkers and headlamps Experience with Assembly Operations, Manpower handling and Plastic Injection Moulding Prior Experience in OEM Customer feedback and reporting Proficiency in MS Office and Production Reporting Systems Preferred candidate profile Candidates with prior experience in Automobile lighting industry, particularly, 2 wheeler blinkers, Head lamp and tail Lamps. Prior Experience in managing OEMs Production Requirement and Assembly Related Processes.
