Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on VMC, CNC, HMC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with powertrain, gear box, mechatronics, and other equipment.
Conduct leak testing and wiring diagram analysis to identify faults.
Utilize Siemens PLC, Ladderlogic, Nagel software for programming and control.
Experienced in Electrical Maintenance of Cutting Tools, Fixtures, Tightening tools, VMC & HMC machines of NTC, MAG, Heller and Nagel Honing.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in electrical and mechanical engineering or related field.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in Vmc Maintenance, CNC Maintenance, Hmc Maintenance, MAG, NTC, Fixtures, Powertrain, Gear Box, Mechatronics, Mechanical Maintenance.
Shall have good knowledge in Spindle problems (bearings, run-out), ball screw issues, backlash, axis alignment, tool changers, chucks/fixturing, vibration, and general wear and tear.
Shall have good knowledge in reading Ladder logics, Monitoring PLC I/Os especially in Siemens PLC
