Role Description

The Maintenance Engineer role at Ferra Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The individual in this role will oversee the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and systems. Key responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, diagnosing technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime, and implementing preventative maintenance protocols. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, adhering to safety standards, and documenting maintenance activities are also critical components of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Proficiency in analyzing and improving mechanical and electrical systems
• Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices
• Experience in documentation and reporting maintenance operations
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or relevant industries is an advantage
