Shift In Charge - Production Department

As a Plant Production Coordinator, your role involves indenting, approving, and receiving batch production records, cleaning records, and packing records according to production requirements. You are responsible for raising raw material indents and approving indented raw materials based on production planning. Ensuring good housekeeping in the plant environment is also a key responsibility. Your duties include coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth plant operations, updating equipment status, and managing allotted manpower for effective utilization. You will initiate indents to procure production needs and attend trainings such as cGMP, On-Job, and safety as per the schedule. Reviewing completed batch production records, log books, and executed records in compliance with GDP is part of your responsibilities. You will execute processes, fill online Batch Production Records (BPR), and acquire knowledge of new products through training before batch execution. Additionally, you will be accountable for preparing controlled documents related to the quality of APIs and intermediates, such as standard operating procedures, batch production records, forms, protocols, and reports. Initiating validation protocols, qualification protocols, and campaign reports preparation are also within your scope. Your tasks will include performing production operations following approved master batch production records, cleaning records, and packing activities. You are expected to undertake any other activities assigned by your Superior or Head of Department.,
