Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Shift Incharge Electrical Maintenance to oversee electrical systems, equipment upkeep, and preventive maintenance activities during assigned shifts. The role demands hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and leadership to ensure seamless plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance team during assigned shifts.Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems, machinery, and control panels.Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective actions promptly.Monitor and maintain records of energy consumption and equipment performance.Coordinate with production, mechanical, and utility teams for effective operations.Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and ISO practices.Manage spares inventory, vendor coordination, and service scheduling.Train and mentor junior staff in electrical safety and best practices.Qualifications & Skills:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.4-8 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing/industrial setup.Strong knowledge of PLCs, drives, switchgear, motors, and control systems.Ability to handle shift operations independently with strong decision-making skills.Good leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
