Relevant industry - Power Plant/ Large Chemical Plant / Petro chemical plants Responsibilities:- To look after shift operation & maintenance of power plant-Electrical Equipments Monitor, operate, and maintain electrical systems including generators, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, protection systems, and control circuits. Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment. Troubleshoot faults in electrical systems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. Prepare electrical design drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation. Support commissioning, testing, and startup of new electrical installations or equipment upgrades Technical Skills: Sound technical knowledge in operation & maintenance of electrical installation of power plant including Generator, transformer, protection system, HT switchgear & Motors Behavioral Skills: Creates measures of excellence and benchmarks for improved performance incorporating the latest developments and trends Maintain cordial relations with the employees and customers, demonstrating in depth understanding of issues related to employees and customers Exposure to open access rules & regulation, synchronization of the Generator
