As the Cluster Manager - Stringer at Adani Solar, your role is crucial in overseeing the operations of the stringer production cluster to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Responsibilities: - **Organization & Team Building**: - Execute the Adani Business Excellence Model to develop capable self-managed teams through internal technical knowledge sharing sessions. - **Customer Orientation**: - Enhance customer satisfaction by implementing robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensuring zero line stoppage due to spare unavailability. - **Sustainability Of Business & Market Share**: - Develop strategies to reduce risks and improve efficiency through technological advancements, with a focus on Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) reductions and improvement projects. - **Adherence To Annual Business Plan**: - Ensure optimal laser cutter uptime while meeting budgeted targets for capacity, operational costs, EBITDA, and preventive maintenance adherence. - **Organization Development & Sustainability**: - Maintain 100% adherence to safety inspections to exhibit Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) leadership and provide a secure working environment for all employees.
