Experience:

Open to Candidates Across India (Willing to Relocate to Ahmedabad)

Midas Metcons Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor fabrication processes: laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly
Interpret and review technical drawings (SolidWorks knowledge is a plus)
Coordinate with planning, quality, and production teams
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality norms, and safety protocols
Maintain documentation and suggest process improvements

🎯

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
3–5 years of relevant experience in sheet metal fabrication
Good knowledge of fabrication tools, machines, and process control
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ready to relocate and work full-time in Ahmedabad
