Your Job

As a Web and SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint sites and web applications. You will work closely with Global teams & business units to create solutions that enhance user experience and meet organizational needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in SharePoint management and web development application/modules.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities:

Website and SharePoint Development:

• Develop and maintain interconnected websites and SharePoint portals that support organizational goals.
• Implement responsive design to ensure websites are accessible across multiple devices.
• Manage version control and deployment of SharePoint solutions, ensuring changes are tracked and implemented smoothly.

Content Management and Updates:

• Ensure that all web and SharePoint content is accurate and updated regularly to reflect current information and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering Teams/Business Units to gather and analyze requirements for SharePoint solutions.

Technical Implementation:

• Utilize modern web technologies and design principles to enhance the functionality and appearance of websites and SharePoint portals.
• Customize and configure SharePoint Online features/ functionalities and Integration of applications
• Develop & Upgrade workflows and automation processes using Power Automate to streamline operations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power-BI to provide actionable insights and data visualization.
• Maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint environments to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform regular site maintenance to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and security.

Communications:

• Engage with content owners on a regular basis to ensure data is up to date.
• Communicate with a global cross functional team.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• A bachelors degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics & communication, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in web and SharePoint development.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft-365 services
• Ability to design and implement workflows to automate business processes.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage changes and new challenges.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize SharePoint solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply critical thinking.
• Proficiency in communication, with an emphasis on clarity and effectiveness.
• Experience with Technical Content Creation is desirable.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in developing web and SharePoint solutions for diverse industries.
• Demonstrated experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks related to SharePoint.

Skills in video creation/editing and knowledge of graphics tools.

• Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, design, and customization.
• Understanding data management and system integration.
