Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based solutions for clients.
Work closely with project managers and team members to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, AI Builder in PowerApps, Power Apps Portal, and Power BI.
Design and develop custom business apps using various Power Platform tools (Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Portals).
Implement Power Automate Flows (Automated, Instant, Business Process Flow, and UI Flows).
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dataverse.
Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and web parts to meet project requirements.
Develop SharePoint workflows using SharePoint Designer and Microsoft Power Automate.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather requirements and define project scope.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint solutions.
Stay updated on the latest SharePoint technologies and trends.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience working as a SharePoint Developer/Architect.
Proficiency in SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Automate, and SharePoint REST API.
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and capabilities.
Experience with SharePoint migration projects is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer) are desirable but not required.
