SharePoint Developer – AI Center of Excellence (AI COE)

Job Summary

Qentelli is seeking a SharePoint Developer to design, build, and optimize the AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) SharePoint site. This role will be pivotal in creating a centralized platform that showcases AI COE initiatives, supports intake workflows, and integrates with Power BI dashboards to provide enterprise-wide visibility. It is a hands-on technical role with a strong emphasis on site development, automation, and integration with Corpay’s enterprise systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Site Development & Design
  •  Build and configure the AI COE SharePoint site as the central hub for all AI COE functions (Innovation Lab, Collaboration Hub, Program & Vendor Management, Data).
  • Create structured pages, document libraries, and knowledge repositories for each function.
  •  Design intuitive navigation and user-friendly layouts to maximize adoption.
• Workflow Automation
  • Design and implement automated workflows to support the AI intake process, including submission, triage, approval, and tracking.
  • Leverage Microsoft Power Automate for workflow orchestration and automation.
  • Ensure workflows are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise standards.
• Data & Reporting Integration
  • Integrate SharePoint workflows with Power BI dashboards to enable visibility into AI intake pipelines, project progress, and key metrics.
  • Configure secure, role-based access for leaders, business units, and AI COE staff.
  • Partner with the Program & Vendor Management team to align dashboards with portfolio reporting standards.
• Support & Governance
  • Ensure site and workflow compliance with Corpay’s IT governance, data security, and compliance frameworks.
  •  Prepare documentation, training guides, and handoff materials for ongoing operations.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Data, and AI COE teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in SharePoint Online development and administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and workflow design.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI integration with SharePoint.
• Experience in designing SharePoint sites, document libraries, metadata structures, and permissions.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT governance, compliance, and data security practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
