Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an SH-Process Engineer in the Technical Cell department of Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building material and process engineering, with excellent technical skills and knowledge of industry standards.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new processes and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Conduct experiments and tests to validate new processes and materials.
Analyze data and results to optimize process parameters and performance.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building material science and technology.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
