Your role as the profit centre head will involve overseeing Over Burden (OB) mining operations, transport, dispatch, safety management, and implementing best practices. Additionally, you will be accountable for governance, compliance, and liaising with local authorities and Ultratech Cement Unit at Bela Cement Works. **Key Responsibilities**: - Execute OB removal planning and supervise mine operations in a cost-effective and safe manner. - Collaborate with Ultratech for long-term planning and prepare short-term operational plans. - Ensure proper deployment of Excavators and monitor OB removal progress closely. - Innovate cost reduction strategies and achieve daily/monthly production targets. - Plan, execute, and control operational costs within budgeted parameters. - Optimize equipment capacity and eliminate wasteful and unsafe operations. - Monitor fuel consumption in HEMM and maintain haul roads to minimize operating costs. - Conduct Life Value analysis to improve productivity. - Review and coordinate compliance with statutory requirements related to mine operations. - Ensure adherence to safety standards, blasting norms, explosives storage, and environmental regulations. - Implement traffic rules, safety procedures, SOPs, and work procedures for legal compliance. - Manage and motivate employees to enhance productivity and growth. - Set performance objectives, communicate rules and regulations, and maintain discipline. - Identify training needs, recommend training programs, and encourage knowledge sharing among team members. - Deploy manpower efficiently in shifts and maintain effective communication channels. - Implement systems to improve production performance and safety standards. - Develop plans for achieving production targets, zero accidents, and statutory compliances. - Formulate implementation plans for new systems, best practices, and housekeeping activities. - Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to implemented systems and best practices.,
