SFDC Senior Developer

As an SFDC Senior Developer at our company, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of Salesforce projects. Here is a breakdown of your role, responsibilities, and qualifications required: Role Overview: - You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SFDC implementation. - Possess Salesforce development certification. - Strong knowledge of SFDC and Integration components, such as Rest APIs, Apex, and configuration. - Experience with end-to-end Salesforce.com implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects. - Understanding of SaaS and CRM development processes and methodologies. - Work closely with leads to translate new requirements into designs and development approaches. - Hands-on experience with various SFDC Deployment tools like ANT, CHANGE SET, VS CODE, GITHUB Pipelines, etc. - Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and integration with other Salesforce Applications and External systems. - Create technical documentation and detailed design specifications. - Manage development schedule and human resources. - Develop testing and implementation plans, including user training and documentation. - Participate in planning/analyzing business requirements for system changes and enhancements. - Provide customization, development, enhancement, and support for Salesforce.com CRM Applications. - Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, Trigger, Flows, etc. Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in SFDC implementation. - Salesforce development certification. - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. - Strong knowledge of SFDC and Integration components. - Experience with end-to-end Salesforce.com implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects. - Understanding of SaaS and CRM development processes and methodologies. - Hands-on experience with various SFDC Deployment tools. - Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and integration with other Salesforce Applications and External systems. - Ability to create technical documentation and detailed design specifications. - Strong project management skills. - Experience in creating testing and implementation plans. - Participation in planning/analyzing business requirements for system changes and enhancements. - Hands-on development experience with various Salesforce technologies.
